**Front Desk Manager - Medical Aesthetics & Skincare Clinic**

**Forever Young**, an award-winning medical aesthetics clinic, is seeking a **Front Desk Manager** who is enthusiastic, driven, and eager to grow with our team. Our front desk is the **heart and face of the clinic**—the first and last impression our clients experience—and we are looking for someone who brings **positive energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion** for helping people look and feel their best.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Education & Consultations**
- Educate clients on **advanced medical-grade skincare** (e.g., SkinCeuticals, ZO Skin Health, Vivier, SkinBetter, Image Skincare, EltaMD)
- Educate on skin rejuvenation treatments including:
- Injectables
- Thermage
- Clear + Brilliant
- Resurfacing treatments (Halo, BBL, Microneedling)
- Medical facials and custom skin journeys
- Perform **in-clinic and virtual skin consultations** using **OBSERV skin analysis** to assess skin concerns and build a customized treatment and skincare plan
**Front Desk & Booking Coordination | Responsibilities**
- Manage high-volume client bookings via phone, website, text, and social platforms
- Understand client needs and confidently recommend services and providers
- Utilize our booking system to schedule appointments, collect deposits, and ensure digital consent forms are completed
- Follow up with clients to ensure a seamless experience and satisfaction
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a 5-star experience.
- Maintain accurate client records and update files as needed.
- Manage daily staff schedules and appointment flow.
- Oversee inventory management—track, order, and organize products.
- Assist in event planning, sales promotions, and seasonal specials.
- Ensure the front desk and waiting area remain clean, organized, and stocked.
- Open and close the clinic as scheduled
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
- Handle any client concerns or complaints with professionalism and discretion.
**Social Media & Marketing Support**
- Assist with filming treatments and capturing client journeys
- Comfortable speaking on camera about skincare, treatments, and results
- Collaborate with team on social media content and campaigns
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Experience in a spa, salon, or medical aesthetics environment preferred**
Strong knowledge of beauty, skincare, and medical aesthetic treatments
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Experience with **Insight Salon Software** (or similar booking system) is an asset
Proficiency with **social media platforms** for business purposes
Comfortable with handling client concerns with professionalism
**Hours & Availability**:
- Full-time**:5 days per week**, 8-hour shifts
- Must be available to **work until 8:15 PM on weekdays**, and until **6-7 PM on weekends**
**Training & Compensation**:
- **6-week training period** at $17/hour to learn:
- Our booking system
- Clinic protocols
- Service offerings
- Our providers and their strengths
- Technologies and skincare lines
- Upon successful completion and team fit, **starting rate increases to $22/hour**:
- Performance review and wage reevaluation after **3 months**
