**URGENT HIRING** - MACHINE OPERATOR, Ste-Anne, MB**

A Skilled Operator reports to the Plant Manager. Operates equipment and machinery that requires a certain level of proficiency acquired through training on the job and specialized training.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and follow quality standards
- Ability to follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies
- Load bulk trucks: Unload and receive the ingredients; Accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers
- Perform the tasks related to the preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant and ensure that the quality control requirements of the ingredients are met at all times
- Operate the production line
- Endeavors to be productive at all times; Other duties as required.

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Ability to communicate and write in English
- Roughly 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Training on the job plus specialized (formal) training
- Knowledge in manufacturing/farming

**GOOD TO KNOW**
- Ability to regularly bend and twist and lift 50 pounds
- Full Time; Permanent
- This is a shift work position of night, evening and days to cover a 24 hour day - 5 days per week with over-time as needed.
