**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Set up and operate CNC machinery including panel processing and dowelling according to specifications.
- Program CNC machines using G-code and CAD/CAM software such as Mozaik.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to produce parts accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools, calipers, and other measuring devices for quality inspection and precision measurement.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the machining process to meet strict tolerances.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely when handling raw materials or finished products.
- Assist with assembly, packaging, and warehousing tasks as needed to support production flow.
- Follow safety protocols including proper use of wood working equipment when necessary and adherence to manufacturing standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC panel processing machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in cabinet assembly, and use of hand tools.
- Proficiency with CAD software like Mozaik; experience with CAM software is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measurement conversions and calculations related to machining tolerances.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures to ensure parts meet specifications.

Pay: $17.80-$31.19 per hour
