Our office is based in St Catharine's ON and we cover a large territory including Thorold,, Welland, Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake, Fonthill, Port Colborne PuroClean is a relatively new Restoration Company and our mission is to do whatever it takes to provide our clients with the best service experience in the industry. PuroClean St.Catharine's is looking for a person to be an integral part of our emergency services team which is responsible for remediation services of property damage caused by water, smoke, bio-hazard and mould. remediation. Core functions - Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the Vision, Mission and Values of the company - Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the operational systems used by the company - Delivering empathetic interaction and professional service resulting in an excellent customer experience in disaster response activities - Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and frustration in a constructive meaner - Maintaining a professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times - Working effectively toward successful outcomes with all parties involved in restoration activities - Always achieves customer satisfaction beyond a customer’s expectation of service. **Responsibilities**: - Working as part of a team on various reconstruction and remediation projects - Controlled demolition of drywall and other affected building materials during mitigation projects - Small Contracting jobs - General carpentry, drywall installation and painting - Maintenance and cleaning of equipment and warehouse area - Maintenance and cleaning of vehicles - Must be able to work after hours. - Must be able to work "on call" shifts. - Is able and willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
