We provide 24/7 emergency services for our clients that have suffered property damage caused by fires, floods, winds, and mould. **Position Summary** PuroClean is looking for a hardworking, motivated and preferably experienced **Lead Restoration Technician** to join our team. Our office is based in St Catharines and we provide services throughout the Niagara Region PuroClean's mission is to do whatever it takes to provide our clients with the best service experience in the industry. **Core functions of the Restoration Technician**: - Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the Vision, Mission and Values of the company - Understanding, demonstrating and promoting the operational systems used by the company - Delivering empathetic interaction and professional service resulting in an excellent customer experience in disaster response activities - Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner - Maintaining a professional appearance, attitude and conduct at all times - Working effectively toward successful outcomes with all parties involved in restoration activities - Always achieves customer satisfaction beyond a customer’s expectation of service **Job Duties**: - Working as part of a team and taking a leadership role on various remediation projects - Controlled demolition of drywall and other affected building materials during mitigation projects - Small Contracting jobs - General carpentry, drywall installation and painting - Responsible for leading the team to ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of equipment and warehouse area - Maintenance and cleaning of vehicles - Must be able to work some "on call" shifts - Is able and willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation - Working with the Project Managers to establish mitigation and construction Scopes and scheduling - Doing whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction on small reconstruction projects Valid driving license is a must. **Benefits** - Industry leading Salary - Opportunity for growth into leadership positions Please note that only qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview for this position of. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Company events - Flexible schedule - On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift **Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Overtime Supplemental pay types: - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - restoration: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
