**Job description**

Currently, we’re looking for a Full-Time Sales Assistant for our Vancouver, BC depot.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Arrange daily both domestic and overseas shipments
- Assist sales to process orders
- Process Goods receipt and Goods issue in ERP system
- Sending job report to clients after a job and e-filing the document
- Create Quotation on Spares

Qualifications:

- High school graduate
- 1 year office experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Major asset: SAP or equivalent ERP experience
- Experience in using Zendesk is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer relations skill
- Logical thinking with positive mindset
- Self-motivated, positive, energetic, healthy and competitive
