As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. Your main duties will include:

- Managing and supervising store staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering merchandise as needed
- Implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy of cash handling and inventory management
- Developing and implementing store policies and procedures
- Collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:

- Previous experience in a retail management position
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage store finances
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Budgeting and financial analysis abilities
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong negotiation skills
- Administrative skills for record keeping and reporting purposes
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide store staff
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
