**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Manager of MDRD provides vision, direction, leadership, support and guidance for the day-to-day operations in the department. This position is responsible for unit-based planning, operational decision-making, resources utilization and staff development within the department.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
Three to five years related clinical and/or management experience preferred.

CSAO or equivalent course in sterile processing techniques

Diploma in Healthcare Management or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

Leadership/Management course an asset.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with administration, directors/managers, staff, physicians, and the community.
