Be our next **Geotechnical Technician **

We have an immediate opening for a Geotechnical Technician to join our Materials Testing group in our London, ON/Windsor, ON office.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Carrying out aggregate, soil tests in the field and within our Aggregate Laboratories;
- Soil Identification and Examination of Subgrade Soils
- Insitu Density and Compaction Testing
- Concrete, Mortar and Grout Sampling and Testing
- Asphalt Sampling and Testing
- Ensuring field and laboratory equipment is maintained in good condition;
- Assisting management team in field and laboratory certification, and record keeping;
- Interacting with Materials and Geotechnical Engineers routinely;
- Operating computerized and digital testing equipment.Field and Laboratory result report writing.

**What your experience looks like**
- Minimum 3 years experience in field and Aggregate, testing Laboratory;
- College diploma an asset
- Field experience in concrete, earthworks and asphalt
- CCIL/CSA certified for field concrete testing (required), laboratory certification an asset.
- Strong communication skills and leadership capabilities;
- Ability to work overtime in peak periods;
- Excellent organizational skills and time management a must;
- Proficiency with the windows operating system, Microsoft Excel;Able to organize, prioritize, set and adjust priorities and schedules independently.
