We are hiring Servers who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment. Our Servers act as the face of the organization, influencing customer satisfaction and return visits. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.

Your goal will be to provide a high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

**Daily responsibilities will include the following**:

- Greet customers and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout their experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, correctly using the ordering system.
- Write food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computer for transmittal to the kitchen staff.
- Take special note of food allergies or preferences and be able to communicate that clearly to kitchen staff.
- Understand and communicate what is on the menu, answering questions and making recommendations on menu selections to customers, if necessary.
- Periodically check in with customers to make sure everything is going well with their meal, being attentive, and responding to additional requests as needed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage menu, with the ability to make suggestions.
- Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Collect payments from tables.
- Help with basic food prep as needed, and/or perform light cleaning in the dining, serving stations, and/or kitchen areas.
- Know and follow applicable food service safety regulations and best practices.
- Be able to stand on your feet for hours at a time and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.
- Be willing to work flexible hours that may include weekends and holidays.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
- Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
- High school diploma recommended

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
