**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Promotes client satisfaction
- Manages camp registrations through Amilia
- Sends invoices to parents
- Communicates parent satisfaction concerns to the Head of Customer Support and Location Camp Directors
- Convert potential client into a buying client
**Qualifications**:
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Customer oriented
- Independent
- Active listening skills
- Basic mathematics
- Ability to work under pressure

- Quick learner
- Critical thinking
- Comfortable working with a computer and phone
- Bilingual in both French and English, spoken and written
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid mode

**Salary**: $15.00-$17.50 per hour
