**Customer Support Agent (Day & Evening shifts - for 8am-midnight EST coverage)**

We are looking for a dynamic **Customer Support Agent **to join our established, well-structured and fun team This listing is for day and evening shifts and entails being available to work on the weekends.

**Some of the great things we'll do together**:

- Review and approve official documents
- Investigate budding site issues and collect necessary information to report site bugs
- Escalation of issues to the proper channels/queues.
- Interface with the Risk team to identify areas of risk and mitigate chargebacks
- Identify and analyze patterns and trends to help improve processes, enhance the site/product etc.
- Content moderation: reviewing flagged content for quality and compliance
- Other tasks associated with site updates, customer follow-ups and general administration as required.

- Impeccable communication skills (customer base primarily English)
- Comfortable with technology; ability to navigate and understand new systems and platforms easily
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Sweats the details - understands the importance of getting it right the first time
- Excellent organizational skills
- Available day, evening, nights, and weekends - regular schedules assigned by seniority
