The Prescott is a legendary bar & restaurant in the heart of Little Italy, presenting time-tested recipes and exceptional service. As one of the oldest licensed drinking establishments in Ottawa, and originally named, The Preston Hotel (it stopped renting rooms in 1978), the establishment was re-baptized as The Prescott in 1941.

Now an iconic stop on Preston Street, it is a purposefully retro greasy spoon; an iconic throwback to its days as a public house. The spirit of its memory lives on in the patrons, in its classic sandwiches and pizzas, in the care reserved for its place on Preston Street. Its checkered history is a part of Village lore.

We are looking for outgoing, fun-loving people who are interested in joining an energetic and positive team - **NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY**

**The Role**
- Greet and welcome guests following Steps of Service
- Strong understanding of the menu offerings, upselling based on guests’ needs
- Accurately input orders into POS, managing guests’ tabs and bills
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, set up and restock bar
- Manage your section including any large group reservations working independently or as a team
- Other duties as assigned

- A valid Smart Serve Certificate?
