**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving beverages and providing exceptional customer service. Your expertise in mixology and knowledge of the food and beverage industry will ensure that patrons have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Interact with customers in a friendly manner, taking their orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
- Process transactions accurately, handling cash and credit card payments while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Monitor guest consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with patrons.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests is essential.
