**Job Summary**

As a Barista at Le Café du Port, you’ll be the face of our café, providing exceptional customer service while crafting delicious coffee and beverages. You’ll ensure every guest has a memorable experience through friendly interactions, attention to detail, and consistent quality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to café standards.
- Greet and engage customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee bar, equipment, and seating area.
- Restock supplies (milk, syrups, cups, etc.) and assist with inventory management.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and daily café operations.
- Follow health, safety, and food-handling guidelines.
- Occasionally assist with events and community gatherings hosted at the café.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista or café experience preferred, but training will be provided.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and care.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
