- Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the preparation of beverages and customer service to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service, and that their orders are prepared correctly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including the equipment, workstations, storage areas, and restrooms.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies, such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and cups, to ensure that the coffee shop has everything it needs to operate smoothly.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of the coffee, ensuring that it is brewed correctly and tastes great.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment for employees and customers.
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and develop marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

- Previous experience as a barista and supervisor or in a related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, employees, and management.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, as well as the ability to operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a noisy and busy environment.
