**About the Role**
Wallwin Integrated Systems is a trusted contractor specializing in security systems,access control, and structured cabling across Ontario. We’re seeking a Service Coordinator to join our Barrie office. This is an in-office position, ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, supporting field technicians, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced technical environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule and dispatch field technicians for service calls and installations.
- Track and manage open service tickets, parts orders, quotes, and warranty claims.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and technicians to confirm appointments, updates, and job status.
- Prepare job details, service reports, and related documentation for billing and recordkeeping.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency, customer impact, and available resources.
**What You Bring**
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, you thrive when managing many moving parts.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination in a construction or security service environment is a strong asset.
- Positive, professional attitude and a team-focused approach.
