**Who you are**:

- 3-5 years of experience in technology and security administration with a cybersecurity/identity and access management focus.
- Familiarity with identity and access management governance, policies, and solutions.
- Great technical and analytical skills, with a background in identity and access management.
- Knowledge of user authentication and identity methodologies.
- Worked in an Agile environment.
- Proficient in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.

**What you will do**:

- Work on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in the Cyber Data Risk and Resilience organization.
- Communicate product efforts and collaborate with internal departments and global risk teams.
- Analyze and automate systems in the identity and access management space.
- This resource works closely with key stakeholders under the supervision of the IAM Authorization Control Product Owner.

**It would be awesome if you had the following**:

- An understanding of technology policy and control compliance.
- Experience using Rally.
