We are currently seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at our Oakville location.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Planning and executing multiple projects to plan and budget
- Managing all aspects of projects ensuring appropriate documentation and permits
- Presenting proposals to customers
- Preparing budgets and project plans
- Maintaining excellent customer relations, resolving issues and concerns and act as technical resource to customer and field employees
- Managing multiple trades
- Supervising, motivating and coaching field technicians and contractors
- Ensuring health and safety policies and company policies are adhered to
**Education/ Experience**:
- University degree or College diploma in Engineering or Engineering Technology or equivalent (Mechanical Engineering graduate or Certified Engineering Technologist designation preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred.
- Previous construction experience will be considered an asset, as is knowledge of Electrical/ HVAC Service markets.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings (HVAC and Electrical experience an asset)
- Strong attention to detail, organization skills and the ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS office specifically, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Willingness to take on other duties as needed
