**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Location**: BARRIE, ONTARIO **Department**: Marketing

**OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking a new team member for our Marketing Team supporting the administration of marketing purchases, and detailed organization and organization of trade and consumer shows along with events carried out in each province by our Sales Team with our dealerships.

**NATURE AND SCOPE**

This posiiton works with all departments to ensure the smooth and timely execution of functions which enhances and supports the sales and marketing activities

**SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Process PAR’S, PO’s and invoices for all Marketing activities
- Organize marketing initiatives for all events (consumer/trade and at dealerhips)
- Support the preparation of all print material such as consumer brochures and dealer binders
- Manage the inventory, allocation and distribution of POP material to all shows, events, conferences and dealers
- Prepare press kits when necessary
- Maintain Budget Control Sheets - process purchase order requisitions, invoices, internal issues, cheque requisitions and circulate on budget control sheets for approval as per Operations Procedures Manual.
- Prepare PARs for sponsorships and activities

**EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES, AND SKILLS**
- Post Secondary School education preferably majoring in Marketing or related business experience
- Minimum of 3 year related work experience
- Computer skills - Excel, Word, and Outlook, are essential. Excel at high level
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Excellent organizational skills - attention to detail, accuracy.
- Bilingual French preferred
