**The Role**:
As an Experience Coordinator, you will be the first interaction that many of our guests have. You will handle inquiries, manage bookings, and set the tone for their entire experience. At Gibbons, we strive to achieve the highest standards of customer care. It is essential that all guests be treated with respect and honesty.

We are looking for an individual to join our team on a full-time basis. This individual is customer service oriented, communicates well with others, can multi-task, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for making people happy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Expertise**:

- Product Knowledge: Become an expert in all Gibbons offerings, including venues, events, experiences, and affiliated brands - training provided.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies, procedures, verbiage, and operations.
- Have thorough knowledge of all Gibbons products and experiences; Venues, Festival & Events, Gibbons Life, Mountain Club, The Spa at Whistler, Gibbons Beverage Company, and The Adventure Group (TAG).

**Guest Interaction**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, providing excellent service that fosters trust, reliability, responsiveness, and relationship-building.
- Go above and beyond to assist guests, researching answers and ensuring follow-up.

**Day to day**:

- Respond to guest inquiries using various platforms and systems, including Podium, Microsoft Outlook, phone, Seven Rooms, Fareharbor, Inntopia, and Peoplevine.
- Ensure all guest inquiries are directed to the appropriate Gibbons contact when needed.
- Coordinate bookings for TAG activities, and communication directly to dispatch when required. Work directly with our resellers and tour operators for bookings. Audit and monitor reservations, payments, rebookings, and uphold policies where applicable.
- Sell tables or drink packages and make reservations in Seven Rooms, promoting upgrades and additional offerings to guests.
- Other duties as reasonably directed.

**Requirements**:

- Sales/Hospitality/Admin experience.
- Adaptable
- Ability to multitask all incoming inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests and team members.

**Compensation** **and** **Team Perks**:

- $20 - $30 with commission ($20 base rate)
- 3% commission on all Gibbons Experiences booked.
- 3% commission on all direct TAG Whistler experiences booked.
- commission is pooled and based on # of hours worked.
