**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash with care.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in retail sales is preferred, including familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Ability to upsell products while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that foster teamwork and collaboration within the store environment.
