Our Club is currently looking for permanent full-time and part-time Front-of-House Service Team Members to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, this important position is responsible for servicing members and guests in the Club’s restaurants, as well as during special events, on-course and inside the Clubhouse. Open positions are for full-time and part-time, with required availability in the evenings and on weekends and holidays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting members and their guests upon their arrival professionally and with a smile
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Food and Beverage Management Team.
- Assisting members with inquiries in person and over the phone
- Providing exceptional, personalized table service to our members and their guests
- Learning, knowing and staying up to date on our current menus, bar and dining specials, events, and Club protocols and rules.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Food and Beverage Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of service experience in the upscale hospitality industry. Private club industry experience is considered an asset.
- Valid Serving it Right Certificate
- A strong commitment to exceeding members/guests' expectations
- A Sommelier designation or WSET is considered an asset
- Bar experience is considered an asset
- Legally entitled to work in Canada

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive wage range of $17-$22/hour, commensurate with service experience
