**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
Reporting to our Senior Manager, Operations and collaborating closely with Project Managers, technical field staff, drafters, engineers, and municipal partners, your responsibilities will include:

- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating projects including engineering, design, data analytics, field data collection, and utility construction
- Producing status reports identifying project status, productivity, and logístical details with risks and issues
- Preparing quotes, reviewing SOWs, and reaching consensus with clients on deliverables and expectations
- Consulting and negotiating with customers to prepare specifications and present findings
- Participating directly in design, development, and inspection of projects as needed
- Assisting with financial reporting, forecasting, and resource allocation

**What Success Looks Like**
Within your first 12-18 months, you’ll be:

- Managing projects effectively while meeting timeline and budget requirements
- Developing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Coordinating and reviewing work of project teams
- Successfully managing project changes and adaptations

**What We're Looking For**
- Project Delivery Experience: 1-3 years facilitating successful project delivery, team coordination, or management in telecommunications or similar technical domains
- Educational Requirements: Recent University/College/Technical School Graduate or equivalent combination of experience and training; telecommunications or engineering background preferred
- Project Management Excellence: Ability to plan projects, identify risks, manage ongoing projects, and create comprehensive status reports
- Strategic Communication: Strong ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Well-organized, time-conscious, and results-focused with demonstrated ability to break down problems into manageable segments
- Resilience: Capacity to bounce back from challenges and adjust course
