**Who We Are**
At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward - always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.
**The Role**
As a Program Leader, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Project Management by driving value, fostering a growth mindset, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects within a consulting and infrastructure environment. You will oversee key performance metrics, provide strategic insights, and leverage your expertise in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making and project execution. This role requires a highly analytical, results-driven professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, the Portfolio Leader requires a flexible and consistent team player while maintaining confidentiality and trust at all levels of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Portfolio Leadership & Strategy**:
- Drive strategic initiatives and support the Director of Project Management in executing national project management priorities.
- Develop, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and optimize project outcomes.
- Foster a growth mindset by continuously seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, client needs, and operational execution.
**Project Execution & Value Delivery**:
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects and programs, ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support change management initiatives to drive value creation across projects.
- Optimize workflows and ensure adherence to industry best practices in project management.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets, build financial models, and create insightful dashboards for leadership.
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to executives and stakeholders.
- Monitor project financials, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
**Stakeholder Engagement & Communication**:
- Act as a key liaison between internal teams, customers, and senior leadership, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Prepare executive-level reports, memos, and presentations with strong attention to detail and clarity. Lead meetings, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
**Who You Are**
You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important - you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. You are customer-focused - someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless - naturally inclusive in how you work with others.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Delivery management or equivalent.
- PMP or related Project Management Certification.
- Proven experience in program or project management, ideally in a consulting or infrastructure environment.
- Expert proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, financial modeling) and PowerPoint (e.g., executive presentations, storytelling with data).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Experience developing and tracking KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and drive data-backed decisions.
- Mastery of French and English both spoken and written.
This position requires the employee to work on a regular basis with Kyndryl stakeholders located in other Canadian provinces, the United States, or internationally where English is the common language, making knowledge of the English language a requirement for this position in addition to fluency in French.
**Being You**
Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are. We welcome people of all cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. But we’re not doing it single-handily: Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice.
