We clean private houses, airbnb apartments and hotels. Additionally, we own a Dry cleaner and a Laundromat through which we offer Dry cleaning and Laundry services to our clients.

**About the Job**

We are looking for a portfolio manager to join our team and help us grow the business.

A portfolio is a set of clients grouped by various criteria, such as geographic location, type of services needed, etc. A portfolio comes with a Policy Statement we call PPS (Portfolio Policy Statement).

A PPS is a statement that outlines general rules for your work. This statement describes the profile of the clients in your portfolio, their general needs and objectives as well as the strategies that you should employ to meet these objectives. It also clearly identifies the metrics used to measure the performance of the portfolio. Some examples of measures include:
Portfolio financial performance (Size, Margin, Growth)

Customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) _Net Promoter Score_ _Satisfaction_.

Operating efficiently (how optimally you use resources like time, people, equipment, inventory and money to serve the business.

As the portfolio manager, your responsibilities include:
**Service delivery**
- Be the primary point of contact for clients in your portfolio
- Provide outstanding cleaning services to your clients
- Handle client remarks and complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage the schedule between your cleaning team (s) and your clients

**Team Management**
- Form, maintain and motivate your internal team(s) of cleaners
- Working with HR and Operations to ensure the proper training of your team(s) of cleaners
- Propose tools, techniques and and solutions to challenges faces by your teams and the entire company

**Portfolio Management**
- As the1st portfolio manager, work with the executive team to draft your PPS
- Design and implement a plan that will help you deliver on the goals identified in your PPS.
- Prospecting and growing the customer base in your portfolio segment
- Produce and publish weekly reports about the performance of your Portfolio
- Review and update the PPS to keep it up-to-date and in sync with the overall strategy of MYLE
- Participate to various company meetings

**Technical Knowledge**
- Master the MYLE cleaning process, techniques and tools to properly support your cleaning teams and provide exceptional results to your clients.
- Spend 20% of your time cleaning and working in the field
- Innovate and continuously improve your own techniques as well as the performance of your team(s).

**Other important requirements**:

- You have a driver license and a car
- You speak French and English fluently
- You are very comfortable with a computer

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year
