**Responsibilities**:
Support the FOH Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead and motivate the FOH team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to maintain high service standards.
Monitor and manage labour costs, scheduling, and staffing to align with business needs.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock control.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to optimize service flow and enhance overall operations.
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to drive customer engagement.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
A guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Experience in training and mentoring staff to uphold service excellence.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and labour control.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with confidence.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions that enhance operations and guest satisfaction.
Understanding of liquor laws, food safety, and health regulations.
