Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Gluer / Paper-Converting Machine Operator to join our team in Mississauga. In this role, you will set up and operate machines that fold, glue, and assemble paper products such as boxes and cartons. You’ll be responsible for checking quality, performing minor machine fixes, and keeping production running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate folder-gluer or flexo-gluer machines to cut, glue, fold, and assemble paper products (boxes, cartons, bags, cups)
- Perform pre-run checks, adjust glue settings, and ensure machine alignment & feeders using production specs
- Monitor quality throughout production runs, detect malfunctions, and make minor repairs/calibrations
- Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment; assist maintenance staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience operating paper converting or folder-gluer equipment
- Hands-on experience operating Bobst machines and Vision Dispensing systems (required)
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a noisy production environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
