We are currently seeking a Team Lead, Enterprise Products to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage a team of product managers and product owners to deliver enterprise products that meet customer needs.
- Manage the team's resources to ensure that project deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project plans, including staffing requirements and budget control.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to the team, including reviewing technical designs and participating in code reviews.
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- At least 8 years of experience in product management, software development, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience managing and leading product teams, with a focus on enterprise products.
- Strong resource management skills, with the ability to manage staffing budgets and staffing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Highly technical, with experience in enterprise products, software development, and technical leadership
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise products on time and within budget.

The
**Enterprise Product Team Lead** would need to have a strong technical background in a variety of areas, including:

- Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
- Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management (EPPM)
- Data management and analytics
- Cloud infrastructure and technologies
- API development and integration
- Security protocols and technologies
- Mobile app development
- Web development frameworks and technologies.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile and Scrum, as well as experience with resource management, budget control, and staffing requirements. They should be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide technical leadership and oversight to their team.
