**Job Overview**
Guard Tower Security is hiring professional, confident, and physically capable individuals to join our team as **Event Security Bouncers** for upcoming events and venues. This role is critical to maintaining a safe and controlled environment while ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

As an Event Security Bouncer, your responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying guest credentials, managing crowd behavior, de-escalating conflicts, and responding swiftly to any disturbances or safety concerns. You’ll represent both our company and the venue with professionalism, authority, and respect.

**Duties**
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
- Conduct thorough ID checks to verify the age of patrons.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, employing conflict resolution techniques as necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required to handle serious situations or emergencies.
- Maintain surveillance throughout the venue using CCTV systems to observe guest behavior and identify potential issues.
- Assist in loss prevention by identifying suspicious activities and taking appropriate action.
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with venue policies.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to management in a timely manner.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and techniques.
- Proficient in surveillance operations, including the use of CCTV systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions.
- Strong observational skills with attention to detail to identify potential risks or issues.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle demanding situations, including standing for long periods.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
