**Our Toronto Location**:
Amidst the timeless charm of Toronto’s Fashion District, AIRE finds its home in a historic Edwardian Classicism building, once the office and warehouse of the Copp Clark publishing company. Built in 1912 and later designated a heritage site, its original wood structure and towering pillars remain, preserving the character of its storied past that once held the art of printing and now embraces the art of relaxation.

Honoring its literary and industrial past, the space is adorned with vintage books, printing presses which are subtle echoes of its history. AIRE Toronto offers a unique experience with a dry sauna and a Palestra, an indoor/outdoor bath area seamlessly connected to the interior through two jet baths, creating a tranquil escape where past and present merge in perfect harmony.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**_ Branding & Communication_**
- Be responsible for raising awareness and relevance of the AIRE brand at the local level (be a brand advocate and guardian)
- Manage and build corporate and B2C relationships through networking, PR events, and partnerships/sponsorships.
- Supervise and ensure the overall brand image standards in the location.
- Responsible for the communication of AIRE Toronto.
- Collaborate with the Global Social Media manager to ensure content is aligned with local needs.

**_Global_**_ & Local Alignment _**
- Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to ensure the correct implementation of marketing campaigns at the location.
- Supervise and lead the production, promotion, and design of all group and/or event bookings; Lead and manage all sales for group & event initiatives.
- Ensure efficient and timely reporting to HQ.
- Establish proper communication and liaise with other internal departments to ensure efficient execution of the PR / Marketing campaigns**.**

**_ Operations & Client Experience_**
- Manage onsite influencers, press, and VIP visits. Assist with customer relations and special VIP booking requests.
- Assist with overseeing the on-site client experience journey.
- Monitor customer feedback by reporting to the PR & Marketing Coordinator critical feedback received from customer surveys and local online platforms (TripAdvisor).

**_ B2B relationships_**
- Build a B2B for AIRE at the regional level to increase sales in this segment: Hospitality, Corporations, Institutions, Congress centers, etc.
- Prospection, development, and management of new B2B accounts.
- Managing existing B2B accounts
- Lead relationships with relevant hotels, travel industry, incentive agencies, etc.

**_Sales Administration & KPIs _**
- Management of the sales funnel contacts and report a weekly update about the progress to HQ and Local Management.

**Who You Are**:

- **4+ years** of experience in **PR & Marketing roles within the Toronto marke**t, with a **proven and active network** of media contacts, influencers, event organizers, local associations, and B2B stakeholders such as hotels, agencies, and institutions.
- A track record of **leading brand campaigns at a local level while working within a global or regional structure**, ensuring brand alignment and impact.
- **Familiarity with the luxury, wellness, or high-end hospitality sectors,** with an understanding of how to elevate and protect brand positioning through every detail of the experience.
- **Hands-on experience in building and managing local B2B partnership**s, ideally in the fields of tourism, events, corporate wellness, or premium hospitality.
- Previous experience working with HQ or global teams, **where you’ve adapted and implemented central brand strategies to fit local market dynamics.**
