Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of meals, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Skills**:

- Food handling: Ability to safely handle and prepare food products
- Food service: Knowledge of proper serving techniques and customer service skills
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Meal preparation: Experience in preparing meals from scratch using various cooking techniques
- Cook: Proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, baking, etc.
- Help: Willingness to assist other team members as needed
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils used in food preparation
- Food preparation: Ability to efficiently prepare ingredients for cooking or serving
- Restaurant: Understanding of restaurant operations and standards within the industry
- Food industry: Knowledge of trends, regulations, and practices within the food industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
