One of Toronto's successful commercial General Contractors continues to grow and is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join its team to work on diverse projects which focus on commercial interior retrofits across the GTA.

**Requirements**:
- Work closely with the Site team from the full-cycle phase of construction.
- Participate in site visits, and client plus trade meetings.
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers
**Skills and Experience**:
- Interior retrofit experience with experience leading project values of $1million - $10million
- Experience leading a project from excavation-occupancy
- 8+ years of experience working for a General Contractor/Construction Management firm
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
