As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our dining room and supporting our servers to ensure top-notch service. You’ll be responsible for clearing and setting tables, assisting with food delivery, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Table Maintenance**: Quickly clear and reset tables between guests, ensuring that they are clean, properly set, and ready for the next party.
- **Support Servers**: Assist servers with running food and beverages, refilling drinks, and addressing any immediate guest needs.
- **Guest Interaction**: Provide friendly and efficient service, addressing guest requests with a positive attitude and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- **Dining Area Cleanliness**: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and surrounding spaces.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor and replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry trays, and perform physical tasks associated with food service.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
