Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

- Participate in the financial and accounting analysis of acquisitions;
- Monitor acquisition adjustments and prepare post-acquisition analyses;
- Prepare financial reports including balance sheet and income statements;
- Ensure the accounting and analyze the performance of the company-owned stores;
- Collaborate with internal and external teams;
- Ensure the accounting of acquisition transactions in accordance with US GAAP accounting standards;
- Participate in internal control testing, including Sorbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, and identify potential improvements to financial processes;
- Provide support to the external and internal audit processes, preparing the required analyses and documents.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

- Degree in accounting, finance or related field;
- CPA certification (obtained or in progress) strongly desired;
- 4-5 years of experience in acquisition accounting or related roles;
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, accounting software and Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Attention to detail and a high degree of precision;
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team;
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred.
