About the job:
In this integral role of Renewal Specialist, you will report to the Sales Operations Team Leader and be responsible for supporting operations and managing various media contracts, licenses and warranties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and execute workflows to capture, manage and track support contracts, licensing and warranties.
- Leverage information gathered and maintained to generate revenue and identify opportunities for Sales.
- Work with Director of Operations on companywide process improvements
- Maintain a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
- Maintain a strong internal relationship with Sales, MIS and Marketing.
- Assist Sales with Opportunities where applicable.
- Maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
