Daily you will be challenged to see the big picture while ensuring attention is paid to the finer details. You will work across the full spectrum of the business, dealing in both routine daily matters and high level strategic goals. A systematic and organized approach will be vital as you thrive on solving problems with persistence and efficiency, all the while collaborating and communicating with your team members and external partners.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Management of hardware and software order placement and post-order activities with a focus on hardware and software renewals, taking full ownership of transactions and ensuring a positive client experience
- Establish excellent working relationships with our distribution and vendor partners to ensure order accuracy, efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with the sales and services departments to coordinate and manage orders
- Take full ownership of software and services renewal opportunities, ensuring all revenue opportunities are captured and coverage gaps are prevented
- Leverage vendor and partner portals to effectively and efficiently manage procurement responsibilities
- Question the status quo and innovate - continuous process improvement

Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of purchasing experience, ideally within the IT channel industry
- Be able to adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment
- Excellent critical thinking capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Exhibit professionalism in all communications, whether internal or external, in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills
