Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable skills in the food industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and well-being of our guests
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$24.51 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)

Work Location: In person
