This hybrid role offers you the freedom to work remotely, while also requiring availability on **Tuesdays and Wednesdays** with hours that may vary each week.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Task Management**: Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage and organize documents, complete tasks, and maintain efficiency.
- **Support in Meetings**: Participate in Zoom meetings, providing technical and administrative support as needed.
- **Adaptability**: Quickly learn and adjust to new tools, processes, and technologies to keep up with the changing needs of the team.
- **Accuracy and Timeliness**: Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients.
- **Microsoft Office Expertise**: High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- **Zoom Proficiency**: Comfortable using Zoom for meetings and managing virtual communications.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to pick up new tools, software, and processes quickly and efficiently.
- **Availability**: Must be available on **Tuesdays and Wednesdays**, with flexible working hours to suit varying demands.
- **Reliable Setup**: Access to a stable internet connection and a quiet, productive workspace for remote work.
