Team Leadership and Development

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.

Operations Management

Customer Service Excellence

  • Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Financial Performance

  • Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling costs to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take appropriate actions to maximize profitability.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.

Safety and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food, equipment, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety hazards or compliance issues.
  • Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures.

**Qualifications**

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a quick service restaurant environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, customers, and vendors.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

**Reports to**: Kitchen Manager / Store Owner

**Salary**: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
