Mustang Sally's is a family-owned neighbourhood bar located in southwest London. Been operating since 1999 and has been known for cold beer, good food and great times.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager. The Assistant Manager will help coordinate and plan all food, beverage and entertainment at Mustang Sally's. Working alongside the front of house and kitchen team to ensure quality service and food are being delivered to our Guests.

The Assistant Manager would be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the following:

- Hire, train, coach and develop all front of house employees through feedback and performance management tools
- Manage daily operations including cash management, staffing, atmosphere, Guest experience and more
- Manage labour costs
- Estimate food and beverage consumption and place orders with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with AGCO and Health Unit legislation
- Work with Kitchen Team to control costs by monitoring prep levels, portion sizes and waste levels
- Generate growth and sales by marketing initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years progressive management experience within the hospitality industry
- Post Secondary degree or diploma in the Business/Hospitality Management/ Food & Beverage Management or similar is considered essential
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are necessary
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities constantly as needed in a face-paced environment while keeping a calm demeanour
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays and weekends
- Must possess Smart Serve and Food Handlers certificate
- Proven ability to manage a team motivate diverse staff and work effectively leading the team.
- Long periods of standing and walking are required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
