Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.
Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional with five to seven years of experience in customer service to join our client.
Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Range: $25.02 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls for 7 hours. Requests, which vary in complexity, come from internal or external clients
- Following up on group insurance plan files
- Monthly coaching with their leader
- Weekly micro learning, role specific
- Opportunity for in person collaboration (asking questions, communicating with colleagues, call debrief, call shadowing)
Experience & Qualification Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/French) required, verbal and written
- 5-7 years of customer service-related experience. Previous customer service experience in an information center, retail environment, or service sector
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Tech Savvy, experience with Microsoft apps (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
Personal Attributes:
- Excels in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment while staying calm and professional
- Technical abilities as well as exceptional research skills, and meticulousness. Demonstrated ability to learn and use various administrative systems simultaneously
- Able to work well within a team environment with reliability
