**In this role you will**:

- Encourage your team to delight every customer, and make their experiences memorable
- Be the first to learn about new products and services and provide tailored solutions to your customers
- Be a team player by supporting and empowering your teammates to drive towards higher sales results month over month
- Work with the Sales Manager to provide your team with superior leadership and help them realize their potential
- Actively sell and lead by example.
- Assist in monitoring the daily operations of the store including inventory management

**You are someone who**:

- Has sales background in the **telecom industry**:

- Has a clear mission and purpose - you want to lead and inspire a team to succeed and be passionate about their customers
- Has an infectious attitude as you love what you do
- Wants to grow as a leader - you own your strengths and look for ways to challenge yourself
- Inspires their team to build skills and experience that will help them reach their career goals
- Be available to work varied and flexible schedules
- **Bilingual or Multilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese/English)**
- Classified as a NOC B Position for those seeking permanent residency.
