Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with tenants
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of rental payments, expenses, and vacancies
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track tenant interactions and maintain a database of prospective tenants
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure property maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize vacancy rates
- Enforce lease terms and regulations, addressing any violations or disputes

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and address their needs
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable lease agreements with tenants
- Sales experience to effectively market available units and attract new tenants
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Ability to maintain professionalism and phone etiquette when interacting with tenants and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance requests and work orders
