**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking an experienced **Auto Body Prepper** to join our growing team. The Prepper will play a key role in preparing vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and ensuring all surfaces are properly finished to meet our quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Inspect repaired areas for proper preparation before painting.
- Assist painters with daily workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a prepper in an auto body or collision repair environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of tools, sanding techniques, and prep materials.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's License

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
