**Position Overview**: As a Superintendent, you will play a key role in the successful execution of civil construction projects. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership skills and industry expertise will contribute to the continued success and growth of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in civil construction.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Able to read drawings fluently

**Salary**: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
