Are you a sprinkle-loving, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment? Sweetapolita is looking for a **Production Lead** to join our team and help bring our whimsical, colourful creations to life

As our Production Lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production floor running smoothly. Execute daily production plan provided by manager, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring that every batch of sprinkles sparkles with Sweetapolita magic.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Leading and supporting our production team with positivity and enthusiasm
- Coordinating daily tasks, workflows, and priorities to keep orders on track
- Ensuring quality control so every product meets our high Sweetapolita standards
- Training, mentoring, and inspiring team members
- Jumping in hands-on to keep production running smoothly
- Collaborating with management to improve processes and maintain a safe, happy workplace

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experience in a production, food service or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to motivate and build a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- A positive attitude and a love for colourful, creative products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
