In this role, you will be responsible for working within a landscape installation team to renovate & install all aspects of the landscape for our high-end residential clients. You will be part of a team, assisting an established Team Lead and Project Manager. This role includes, but is not limited to:

- Showing up to work on time
- Performing walkthroughs with a Team Lead to confirm scope of work and safety protocols for each job site
- Installation of softscapes (shrubs, trees, plants), as well as hardscape materials (paving stones, crush, mulch)
- Maintaining a clean work site
- Driving one of our trucks when needed
- Keeping track of your truck inventory and organization on a daily/weekly basis
- Being able to take instructions from an established Team Member that knows the ropes
- Having the ability to work the majority of the day at a labour intensive job site and willing to work in all weather conditions
- Have a positive, motivated, energetic personality
- Able to successfully work in a team

**Experience with the following is preferred, but not required**:

- Basic Tools (shovel, rake, hand saw, small engine equipment etc.), tamper, wheel barrow
- Driving truck and trailer

**A “landscape labourer” can expect**:

- To start at a wage of eighteen to twenty five dollars per hour, depending on previous experience
- To be guided and trained in all aspects of landscape installation
- Full benefits after 90 days.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
