The position is in person in Burlington, 7:30-4pm Mon - Fri

We are looking for a motivated self starter looking to start/begin their career. You are a passionate organizer and are good friends with numbers. We are a company dedicated to growth mindsets and as we enter into new trades markets we need to add to our office staff team. We are an inclusive and diverse company. We have 20 employees and need additional office staff.

Duties will include:
Phone reception and dispatch. If you are exceptional on customer service phone calls and follow up calls we want to meet you English fluency is mandatory. Following administrative directives and processes. Ongoing learning via courses or new procedures.

You Bring - Work Traits: Highly organized person, Understand the importance of deadlines, enjoy following procedures, strong desire to build a career not a job. Reliable self transportation. Calm under pressure and able to prioritize tasks. A track record of always replying to customer inquiries.

Nice to haves: Experience working in a Trades Company Office. Experience with scheduling and dispatch. Experience that shows a growth mindset and continuous learning habits.

Two step hiring process first a zoom meeting and then an in person interview.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
