- Work to keep the kitchen clean and organized.
- Maintain the sanitation standards for kitchen use according to St. Thomas, ON Food Safety Code and other state regulations.
- Work to keep the kitchen area, including all tables, chairs, equipment, and stations clean and sanitized between uses.
- Ensure all food preparation, storage, and other functions follow established procedures and comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Part-time hours: 10 per week
